Private lessons

I have been teaching the harp to children and adults, beginners and advanced players for many years. The French technique that I have learned throughout my studies allows me to teach with an emphasis on hand position, sound, relaxation, and body flexibility. I listen to the student's musical wishes and ensure that I teach in a caring atmosphere where the student feels comfortable.

I can teach on a concert harp (Salvi, model Daphné 47 Ex) and on a Bavarian Pedal Harp (Kröll).

The course takes place at my music studio in Munich Sendling (U3 Aidenbachstr). I teach two times a month, I cannot offer lessons on a weekly basis. If you live in Baden-Württemberg, I can offer you harp lessons at the music school in Bruchsal (next to Karlsruhe), or directly in Strasbourg (right on the border with Germany).

How can you learn and play the harp?

To learn the harp, you need... a harp. Concert harps are expensive, but you can start learning with a celtic harp! There are rent-to-own options: after six months, you make your choice. I strongly recommend starting with a Celtic harp, which you can rent for about 40€/month. I am, of course, at your disposal and will gladly help you choose your instrument!
